Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical magnetic storage device and a practical magnetic storage method.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a magnetic storage device comprises: a first memory section that includes a first memory array and a first drive unit; a second memory section that includes a second memory array and a second drive unit; and a control unit. The first memory array includes a first magnetic shift register. The second memory array includes a second magnetic shift register. The control unit divides input data into a plurality of one-dimensional bit input sequences. The one-dimensional bit input sequences include a first sequence and a second sequence. The control unit stores the first sequence in the first magnetic shift register in a last-in first-out format, and stores the second sequence in the second magnetic shift register in a last-in first-out format.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
