To provide a magnetic substance (especially a magnetic substance for a high frequency induction heating coil) capable of improving the mechanical intensity and weakness of a magnetic substance material or the magnetic substance produced from the magnetic substance material, extending the life, and saving maintenance costs and allowed to be comparatively inexpensively and easily manufactured; and to provide a method for manufacturing the magnetic substance.
The magnetic substance 8 is constituted of impregnating varnish 10 into a gap 7 of an internal structure. In the case of manufacturing the magnetic substance 8, a shape working process (first process) for working a required shape from a magnetic substance material S, a varnish impregnation processing process (second process) for impregnating varnish 10 into the gap 7 of the internal structure of the magnetic substance material W worked by the shape working process, and a drying/curing process (third process) for drying and curing the magnetic substance material W to which varnish impregnation processing is applied in the varnish impregnation processing process are successively performed.
