Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose inexpensively a magnetic wheel by improving the structure of the disc-like magnet part because the magnetic wheel is essentially composed of a disc-like magnet part so that it is expensive.
SOLUTION: The wheel proper is composed of wheel members 1 and 2 made of magnetic material and a wheel member 3 made of non-magnetic material, a magnet holder is formed in the wheel member 3 by piercing the plural number of through holes at a predetermined interval passing through the middle region on the wheel periphery side in its width direction from the central axis hole to said region, a magnet holding hole is defined on the magnet holder by respective through holes, and both polar faces of respective small magnet pieces 6 fit in the magnet holding holes are pinched and holded by the wheel members 1 and 2 applied to both sides of the wheel member 3 to be fixed en bloc.
