Abstract:

PURPOSE: To contrive increasing the space factor of a magnetic material by making the space ratio of the magnetic material and a conductive material the same at any point by constituting with a composite material wherein the area of a section is increased according to the distance from the center.

CONSTITUTION: A composite material 13 consists of a magnetic material 11 such as a steel wire wherein the section is rectangular and the area of the section is increased according to the distance from the center 0 between the one end to the other end and a conductive material 12 such as copper or aluminum which covers the outer circumference of the magnetic material 11. The area of the section is changed by the method wherein the one side is not changed and the other side is increased in direct proportion to the distance from the center 0. In this case, even if the thickness of the covering of the conductive material 12 is constant, the area of the section is changed according to the change of the outer circumference of the magnetic material 11. Then, the composite materials 13 are placed regularly in the cylindrical space 18 of the metal molds of a pressurizing equipment with the number of the materials wherein the materials are kept in close contact with each other in any radial direction on one stage and these are laminated to a multistage definite height. These are inserted in an atmospheric furnace and after held by raising to 800W1000°C by a heater 21, pressurized by the mold 20 and sintered. The integrated composite materials 13 are taken out and are finished to a definite shape and dimensions. E: (A), (B), (C), (A): D1-D2 section, (B): C1-C2 section.
