To realize cost reduction by reducing the number of parts in a structure around an external connection terminal.
A sub-panel 3, serving as the enclosure of a magnetically driven actuator 1, has a shape with an external cylinder 3a is connected to an internal cylinder 3b in the top end. One side of the top surface of the sub-panel 3 extends from the external cylinder 3a and forms an extended portion 3e. Both the bottom ends of a circular damper 7, having a constricted and corrugated almost inverted U-shaped cross section, is bent at right angles toward the outside. A yoke 8, a magnet 9, and a top plate 10 constitute a magnetic circuit unit 11. The external side surface of the damper 7 is jointed to the internal cylinder 3b of the sub-panel 3, and the internal end thereof is jointed to the magnetic circuit unit 11 with an adhesive 12. User terminals 13a and wiring patterns 13b for directly soldering a coil terminal 5a are formed on a lead frame 13 embedded in the extending portion 3e. A protective coat 15 covers the coil terminal 5a, starting from a coil 5 to a soldering portion 14.
