Title:
MAGNETICALLY LEVITATED CONVEYING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS637114
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the conveying efficiency of a magnetically levitated conveying apparatus by providing a vertically movable second conductor so as to regulate a gap between the second conductor and a stater. CONSTITUTION:A conveying path 11 is formed of a stator 14 fixed on a conveying path frame 13, and guide rails 15 formed in L-shaped section and made of a ferromagnetic material. A conveying vehicle 12 has a frame 16 which carriage plane 16a, a magnetic supporting unit 17 disposed oppositely via a gap to the rails 15 for generating a magnetomotive force for levitation, and a secondary conductor 20 disposed oppositely via a gap to the top of the stator 14. The output of a gap sensor 18 is applied to a controller 19 for controlling the unit 17 and to an interface receiver 22. The receiver 22 responds to a loading/unloading signal sent from the ground and supplies a signal to an actuator 21 for moving a secondary conductor 20.
