Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic shield steel plate which enables the achievement of both of magnetic shieldability in a high magnetic field and plating adhesion.SOLUTION: A magnetic shield steel plate comprises: a base steel plate having a chemical composition in which Si is 1.5-4.0%, Al is 0.1-3.0%, Mn is 0.10-2.4%, and the balance consists of Fe and impurities; and a plated layer formed on at least one surface of the base steel plate. The plated layer is a region where an Fe concentration in a plate-thickness direction of the base steel plate is equal to or lower than 50% of an Fe concentration at a center of the base steel plate in the plate-thickness direction. The change of the concentration of a plating metal element other than Fe, which is present in the plated layer and which is the highest in average density in the plated layer is controlled. The magnetic shield steel plate is manufactured by the steps of performing, on a slab, a hot rolling process, a cold rolling process, a finish annealing process and then, a plating process. In the plating process, multilayer plating or a single-layer plating under such a plating condition that a transition region is widened is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
