Title:
MAGNETISM DETECTING SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5913912
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize size reduction and high sensitivity by inserting a magnetism sensing element in a notch part provided to a substrate and constituting the magnetism sensing element part of a case into nonmagnetic thin-plate structure.

CONSTITUTION: The magnetism sensing element 9 is inserted and fitted in the notch hole 8a at the magnetism sensing element part of the substrate 8. Consequently, distance AG15 is reduced by the thickness of the substrate and the magnet side part 7a of the magnetism sensing element 9 of the case 7 is made of a nonmagnetic stainless steel thin plate 13 to reduce the AG15 more. Thus, the AG15 is reduced sufficiently and the overall thickness 14 of the sensor is also reduced to form a hihg-sensitivity magnetism sensor which is sized small on the whole.
