Abstract:
To provide a magnetization device capable of suppressing heterogeneous of a heating to a magnetized object and realizing a uniformity of a magnetization characteristic of the magnetized object, and provide a magnetized object.SOLUTION: A magnetization device 1 comprises: a field magnet part 6; a heating part 4; a movement part 3; and a control part 10. The field magnet part 6 includes a permanent magnet generating a magnetic field to a ring-like magnetized object 100, and the plurality of permanent magnets is arranged in an interval to a peripheral direction. The heating part 4 includes a heating surface 4a opposite to the magnetized object 100 in an axial direction of the magnetized object 100, and performs a heating to the magnetized object 100 at a Curie point or more of a magnetic powder structuring the magnetized object 100. The movement part 3 makes the magnetized object 100 and the heating part 4 relatively move between a non-heated position and a heating position in the axial direction of the magnetized object 100.
