A magnetization device 300 includes a magnetization yoke 306 having a plurality of salient poles 306a facing the magnetized surfaces 40a of a magnet 40 and a coupling part 306b, and back yokes 310 facing the back peripheral surfaces of the magnet. The back yoke includes a magnetic material region, and when referring the magnetic resistance in the radial direction per unit arc, from the inscription circle to the circumscription circle of the magnetic material region, to a magnetic path resistance, a plurality of first members 310a and second members 310b having a large magnetic path resistance are coupled alternately in the circumferential direction in the back yoke 310.
