The magnetization device 4 includes axial direction magnetized parts 6, 7 arranged on both end faces of the core module 10 in the axial direction so as to face each other. The axial direction magnetized parts 6, 7 form a magnetic path in the magnetic member 3 for magnet in the circumferential direction of the core module 10.
