To provide a magnetization device that maintains stability of magnetizing performance by preventing a magnetizing yoke core used to magnetize a magnet, from wearing owing to repetitive use, because, while it is important to hold reproducibility of a magnetizing yoke, even after the repetitive use since the magnetizing yoke is repeatedly used in many cases, the yoke core normally wears as the number of times of use increases to vary in size, a magnetization pattern of the magnetized magnet is varied from a starting design value owing to the variation in size, and stability of a magnetizing process is decreased.
A member which protects a yoke core is provided to a slot portion of the magnetizing yoke core, and the member is configured to protrude toward the magnet as a body to be magnetized so as to prevent the magnet and magnetizing core from coming into direct contact with each other, thereby suppressing wearing of the magnetizing core.
