Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetization method and device for forming a sinusoidal wave magnetization state presenting a half wavelength pulse of a sinusoidal wave at least in a one-dimensional region of a magnetic substance.SOLUTION: A magnetization device 10 comprises multiple magnetic yokes 12 and forms a target magnetization state presenting a half wavelength pulse of a sinusoidal wave at least in a one-dimensional region of a magnetic substance 1. In the magnetization device, unidirectional magnetism is made act on an entire half wavelength section of the sinusoidal wave by a first yoke in the multiple magnetic yokes, a one-dimensional rectangular wave or one-dimensional trapezoidal wave magnetization state presenting polarity information in a rectangular or trapezoidal pulse shape is formed in this section and thereafter, magnetism in a reverse direction is made act one or more times upon starting end and terminal portions of the section by a yoke that is different from the first yoke in the multiple magnetic yokes, thereby changing the one-dimensional rectangular wave or one-dimensional trapezoidal wave magnetization state into the target magnetization state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
