To provide a magnetizer for a tone wheel in which an amount of windings projected from a magnetized face of a magnetization yoke is decreased or dissolved by a shape idea or the like of the magnetization yoke, and the magnetization area of the tone wheel can be increased without changing or modifying a support member of the tone wheel of a core metal or the like.
The magnetizer A for the tone wheel has an annular magnetization yoke 31 formed with a plurality of grooves 30 for winding insertion with a space in a peripheral direction thereof, and a winding 32 wound on the magnetization yoke 31 by sequentially inserting it into the groove 30 arranged in the peripheral direction, wherein the insertion directions of the winding 32 are set to oppose to each other in the adjacent grooves 30 in the peripheral portion. The grooves 30 are constituted in a bent groove composed of a radial groove 30a formed along a radial direction on the annular flat face 35 of the magnetization yoke 31, and a crossing groove 30b formed in a crossing direction of a peripheral face 36 on the peripheral face 36 of the magnetization yoke 31 while communicating with the radial groove 30a.
