Abstract:
To effectively magnetize a magnet with a simplified method without the occurrence of any defect such as crack or the like on the magnet.
The magnet 11 is magnetized under the condition that the magnet 11 is adhered to adhesive sheets 12, 13. In this case, the adhesive sheets 12, 13 are adhered to the surface which is almost parallel to the magnetizing direction of the magnet 11. For the magnetization of magnet 11, movement of magnet 11 by the magnetization can be controlled by previously adhering the magnet 11 to the adhesive sheets 12, 13 to fix the magnet. For adhering of the magnet 11 to the adhesive sheets 12, 13, a plurality of magnets are arranged in the shape of a matrix.
