Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent multilayer windings wound on a stator, an insulating bobbin, etc., from being damaged by inserting spacers between the multilayer windings wound on a plurality of magnetic pole teeth, when magnets are magnetized, and drawing the spacers off after the magnetization finishes.
SOLUTION: When this motor 20 is magnetized, a bobbin 23 is fitted to the magnetic teeth 22 of a stator core 21, and a rotor 25R having unmagnetized magnets 27 put into the arched holes 26 of a rotor core 25, is fitted together to the internal peripheral part of a stator 21s having multilayer windings 24Ua, 24Ub, 24Va, etc., wound in a bobbin 23 fitted to the magnetic pole teeth 22 of a stator core 21. On that occasion, a spacer 28c is inserted between the multilayer windings 24Ua, 24Va, and a spacer 28A is inserted between the multilayer windings 24Ub, 24Vb. Next, two-phase conduction is performed and a large direct current is caused to flow, and magnets 27 are magnetized by a DC magnetic field. Then, large mutually pulling forces are generated among the multilayer windings 24Ua, 24Va, 24Ub, 24Vb, etc., of different phases, but deformation is prevented since the spacers 28A, 28C are inserted. When the magnetization finishes, each spacer is drawn off to complete a motor, Consequently, it becomes possible to prevent the multilayer windings, etc., from being damaged, etc.
