Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet insertion method capable of preventing resin chipping at an end portion of a magnet in an axial direction of a rotor.SOLUTION: The magnet insertion method includes: mounting a rotor core 12 on a lower mold 200 capable of injecting resin into a magnet insertion hole 123 penetrating the rotor core 12 in an axial direction X; inserting a permanent magnet 13 into the magnet insertion hole 123; pressing a cushion plate 300 against a surface of the rotor core 12 on the opposite side to the lower mold 200 side; bringing a surface on the side opposite to the lower mold 200 side of the permanent magnet 13 into close contact with the cushion plate 300; and, after a resin is injected into the magnet insertion hole 123 of the rotor core 12 by the lower mold 200, solidifying the resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
