Title:
MAGNETOELECTRIC CONVERTING ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3339237
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a magnetoelectric converting element to restrain dispersion of an electric characteristic of the element by dispersion of a film thickness of a semiconductor layer at manufacturing time.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetism sensitive part 10a(10b) is formed on a surface of a ferrite board 2 through an adhesive layer 3. The magnetism sensitive part 10a is formed by dispersing a metal layer 13 of Al on its surface after a Ti layer 12 is formed on a surface of a semiconductor layer 11 composed of InSb. The Ti layer 12 has a resistance value larger than the semiconductor layer 11.
