Title:
MAGNETOMETRIC SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH051903
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the dimension accuracy of a magnetometric sensor so as to prevent the damage of a magnetism detecting element owing to the rolling-in of foreign matter such as sand or the like by decreasing the variation of a gap between the magnetism detecting surface of the magnetism detecting element and a moving/rotating body. CONSTITUTION:Adhesive 4, containing metal particles 5, which make plastic deformation by means of press force during an adhesion process, is filled inside the groove 35 of a holder 3 so as to bond a magnetism detecting element 2 by an adhesive 4 layer. The magnetism detecting surface 21 of the magnetism detecting element 2 is not allowed to protrude from the facing surface 35 of the holder 3 against a moving/rotating body.
