Magnetic particles contain 10 to 30 wt.% oxide magnetic material such as black magnetite, γ-hematite, chromium dioxide, ferrite or the like or metal magnetic material or the like of an alloy such as cobalt, nickel or the like as a powder or thin piece in a dispersion composition. As the medium, a nonpolar solvent such as an oil or the like, an aliphatic hydrocarbon or the like, or a polar solvent such as glycols and alcohols or the like is used. As the densifier, one or more types of inorganic densifier or organic densifier is selected, and used independently or in combination in the dispersion composition. As the light storage material, conventional light storage material generally known such as MAI2O4 (where M is one or more metal element selected from Sr, Ca and Ba), an alkaline earth aluminate, sulfide phosphor or the like is used.
