Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the magnetoresistivity and magnetic field sensitivity of an Ag-Co alloy film by Ni doping and a heat treatment.
CONSTITUTION: A proper amount of Ni is added to an Ag-Co alloy film (1) to form the Ag-Co alloy film into an Ag-Co-Ni alloy film (2) by a sputtering method. Moreover, the magnetoresistivity and magnetic field sensitivity of the Ag-Co alloy film are improved by Ni doping and a heat treatment.
