To solve problems wherein various kinds of components and members are required, wherein control for positional precision is difficult and complicated, wherein a production cost gets high, wherein dispersion in products is easy to be generated, and wherein high precision, size reduction and stabilization are limited, for the purpose of positioning, connecting and fixing a magnetosensitive element and an operation control element.
The magnetosensitive element is integrated with the operation control element in a film formation process or by lamination of film-like body. The operation control element is provided in a single layer or a multiple layer and includes a permanent magnet and a magnetic circuit forming member. A pick-up coil may be also integrated therein. The magnetosensitive element is a magnetic element causing a great Barkhausen jump phenomenon. Degrees of freedom for handling and design of applied equipment, devices or the like are increased by formation into one chip, so as to omit the components, to contribute to the size reduction and cost-down, and to allow excellent mass productivity. In particular, the present invention is effective since a magnetic force balance is very delicate in the magnetic element causing the great Barkhausen jump phenomenon and the control element for controlling it.
