Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the implementing of a Z2 component adjustment quickly and accurately by forming a yoke shield end plate with a varied diameter and eliminating removing or mounting work.
CONSTITUTION: A shim 4 is mounted inside an end plate 3 of a yoke shield which surrounds a cylindrical superconductive magnet 1 for generating a magnetostatic field for MRI.
