Abstract:
To provide a magnetron device capable of improving assembly accuracy and stable operation.
An anode vane 12 consists of first vanes (12a-12j) having through-holes 15, 16 into which strap rings 13, 14 are inserted, and second anode vanes (12x, 12y) interposed between facing joining faces of cut parts 17, 18 of the strap rings 13, 14. Specified vanes of the second anode vanes (12x, 12y) and the first anode vanes (12a-12j) are electrically connected by the strap rings 13, 14.
