Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide magnetron driving devices facilitating the design of cooling performance even when the power voltage differs and capable of being manufactured without switching an automatic facility by locating the leakage transformers of first and second magnetron driving devices and a capacitor and a diode constituting a double voltage rectifying circuit at the same positions in view of their reference points.
SOLUTION: DC power at the rated voltage of 200-240 V is applied to a series circuit, and about a half of the voltage is clamped by a second capacitor 6. The same leakage transformer 2 as that of a second magnetron drive power supply of 100-120 V can be used for the primary winding 3 of the leakage transformer 2. Even if the power voltage differs when the same high-frequency heating device chassis is used, a common fitting method can be designed for first and second magnetron driving devices. A common chassis not depending on delivery locations and voltages is developed, thus it can be fitted without changing a fitting structure, and development efficiency is improved.
