Abstract:
To provide a magnetron for a microwave oven with secured reliability at a brazed part and with an excellent higher harmonic restraining effect.
The magnetron for the microwave oven provided with a metal sealing body 19 forming a high-frequency choke having a cylindrical double-wall structure, an insulating cylinder 20 jointed to the metal sealing body 19, and an antenna lead 22 passing inside the metal sealing body 19 and the insulating cylinder 20, is formed with a flat face 19d at a circular joint area of the metal sealing body 19 with the insulating cylinder 20. An inner tapered part 191 is fitted in succession at the flat face 19d with its inner diameter gradually changing at an inner wall structure 191 of the metal sealing body 19.
