Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a yield at the time of assembling a cathode part as compared with the conventional one.SOLUTION: An engagement part 40 formed by a short diameter part 40A having a length of a diameter direction shorter than a diameter L1 of a negative electrode center lead 14 and a long diameter part 40B having a length of the diameter direction longer than that of an inner diameter L2 of an end hat chip 30 is formed in a part of an end part neighborhood of an output side of the negative electrode center lead 14. Thus, the end hat chip 30 fitted from the end part of the output side of the negative electrode center lead 14 can be held to the end part neighborhood of the output side of the negative electrode center lead 14 while contacting to the long diameter part 40B of the engagement part 40. Since a laser welding at the time of temporally fixing the end hat chip 30 to the negative electrode center lead 14 can be omitted, and thereby solving poor welding, a yield at the time of assembling a cathode part 9 can be improved as compared with the conventional one.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
