Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism whereby such as in a piezoelectric-stack of a fluid flow control valve, for instance, of piezoelectric-type slight displacement (or force), magnified, can be transmitted.
SOLUTION: Between disk-shaped retainers 21, 22, three columnar spacers 4 are secured with an equal space, between each spacer 4, three spherical storage members 6 are fitted, which arranged a single steel ball 62 in an upper surface and three steel balls 61, 61, 63 in a lower surface respectively with a prescribed distance apart. The steel ball 61 is supported by a fixed housing 201. Displacement or force applied from an input member 202a, by the steel balls 61, 62, 63 working respectively as a support point or working point of a lever, is magnified and transmitted to an output member 202b.
