Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor with which the input of a transmission document can be easily performed in a state of displaying received mail. SOLUTION: When a key for character input is operated while received mail is displayed, corresponding to this operation, processing is switched and controlled into transmission mail generation mode. First, in a step S1, the received mail is displayed. When a prescribed key is inputted in such a state (S2), it is discriminated whether the relevant key is a character key or not (S3). In the case of YES, text data corresponding to the relevant character key are written in a transmission mail data buffer (S5). Then, text data in the relevant transmission mail data buffer are converted to bit map data and displayed (S6).
