PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively manage the information related to the dispatching/ arrival of mail so as to remarkably reduce the burden of worker by specifying the transportation service on the basis of the office specifying information and the office arrival time of mail when the transportation information, which includes the post office specifying information, is received from a center.
SOLUTION: A route specifying unit 32 specifies the transportation route of mail on the basis of the retrieval condition data and the transportation route information of a route specified data base 33. A delivery side mail specifying unit 35 specifies post office deadline time and delivery starting time of each office from an office time information table 36a and specifies any one of mail from a route and delivery corresponding table 36b on the basis of the necessary information such as the specified transportation route, mail number or office name and receive time of receiver office, mail number or name of delivery office. Time to be required for transportation of mail, which is obtained by a unit 38 for computing these specified transportation route, time, mail and delivery time, is sent to a transportation route table forming unit 40 by a delivery information transmission control unit 39.
