A screen 910 indicates an image 911 of an address part, and indicates a recognition result 912 below it. Here, in a full name input part 913, a part of or all the full name is inputted from a keyboard or the like, and based on the inputted letters, a prospective right answer 914 can be also extracted. Here, a full name connection dictionary and a postal code connection dictionary are used, residents being in a lower rank of 'Kande-Surugadai' and having 'Yama' inputted by key in the full name inputting part 913 are searched to extract a prospect right answer. In this way, classified information including detailed addresses of recipients can be produced with high accuracy.
