A mail server device includes: a mail information storage part 112 which stores mail information corresponding to a distribution request in a mail information table 15 when a plurality of distribution destinations of a mail whose distribution is requested are set; a first mail information update part 122 which changes an unread/read state to read when the mail information on a mail whose reference is requested is stored; a second mail information update part 132 which changes a flag state into importance when the mail information corresponding to a mail whose flag setting is requested is stored; a mail acquisition part 141 which acquires display object mails whose list display is requested from a mail box 16; a mail information acquisition part 142 which acquires the mail information on the display object mails from the mail information table 15; and a mail list display part 14 which rearranges a display order of the display object mails based on the unread/read states and the flag state of the mail information.
