Abstract:
To receive a mail in a plurality of client devices so that capacity of a mail server is not oppressed while trouble of a user is reduced.
When an acquisition request of a mail is received from a client device 101, a mail server 102 increments the number of reception times (Receiving-Count) mentioned in a mail header, and transmits it to the client device 101. When the client device 101 receives the mail, it transmits a deletion request of the mail to the mail server 102. The mail server 102 deletes the mails whose number of reception times, which is mentioned in the mail header of the mails whose deletion is requested, is the number of reception processors 701, which is previously set, or more, but deletion is not performed in other cases.
