Abstract:
To resolve a problem wherein an e-mail to which a file not sufficiently confirmed is attached may be transmitted when the file is attached to the e-mail and is transmitted.
An e-mail transmission request is monitored, and a message prompting a user to confirm the e-mail to be transmitted is displayed (S6) when a file attached to the e-mail includes a preset keyword. Furthermore, when the user permits transmission (S7), the e-mail is transmitted to a preset manager address also.
