Abstract:
To provide a device which maintains a main shaft of a boring machine in a prescribed position with a reduced cost.
A device comprises a main shaft 1 supported rotatably to a casing 2 to fix a cylindrical cam 7 to the periphery, slider 8 provided slidably along a guide bar 9 fixed to the casing 2 to rotate the cylindrical cam 7, piston 15 provided in a hydraulic cylinder 12 fixed to the casing 2 to fix one end to the slider 8 to also form dogs 14, 14' in the other end and limit switches 18 opened/closed by the dogs 14, 14'.
