Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a vibration from occurring, by regulating a size of a valve body member and locking the separating point of a flow along a valve body to a tip angular part of a valve body notch. CONSTITUTION:An engaging side with a valve seat 3 of a valve body 4 is formed into a semispherical form having a curvature radius R1, while an engaging part with the valve body is formed into a curved surface having another curvature radius R2, and a notch part 12 is formed in a bottom surface central part of the valve body 4. These curvature radiuses R1 and R2 and notch depth H are formed each in 0.6-0.7 times, 0.35-0.45 and 0.2-0.3 times over a valve seat bore diameter D0. And, notch width theta is set down to 80-100 deg.. Accordingly, the separating point of a flow along the valve body is lockable to a notch tip angular part of the valve body, so that both flows on a valve body surface and in a passage are stabilized, thus a vibration in the valve body is prevented from occurring.
