PURPOSE: To provide a maintenance cyclic operation table preparation device capable of allocating the appropriate number of maintenance persons to the maintenance operations of respective buildings.

CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with an operation staff information storage part 34 for storing the result number of the maintenance persons actually allocated to the maintenance operations of the respective buildings based on a maintenance cyclic operation table displayed at a display part 16 and the result number of times of the maintenance operations to which the result number of persons are allocated. After the number of the maintenance persons is set for the respective buildings based on information stored in the operation staff information storage part 34 or the like and the maintenance cyclic operation table is prepared, and when an operation manager finally allocates the maintenance persons to the maintenance operations of the respective buildings based on the maintenance cyclic operation table, the result number of times is added for the respective maintenance operations of the respective buildings. Thus, the operation manager can easily and quickly decide the allocation of the maintenance persons.
