Floor material 6 with reinforcing plates formed by bonding stone, imitation stone, brick 5 or the like onto reinforcing plates 4 made of corrosion resistant and weather resistant metal or reinforced concrete cut into almost fixed size is placed on the foot members 3. In the case of the necessity of alteration, maintenance, or the like being generated, the floor material with the reinforcing plates can be removed very easily because of being fitted in an only placed state.
