Abstract:
PURPOSE: To protect a frozen food from the changes in the flow and temperature of air in a freezer to protect the deterioration of the quality of the frozen food.
CONSTITUTION: The whole periphery of a container receiving a frozen food is surrounded with ice having a constant thickness to prevent the frozen food from the influences in the freezer and preserve the frozen food in a good state.
