A maintenance information providing system comprises a customer system 10 comprising information equipment, a browser-loaded customer terminal 20 used by a customer, the maintenance center 30 for monitoring the customer system 10 to detect and maintain a system status, a browser-loaded maintenance person terminal 40 carried by a maintenance person, a Web server 50 with a customer system status file 70 for accepting an inquiry about the system status of the customer system 10 via a network 80, and a monitoring/analysis server 60 for collecting and analyzing an error log of the customer system 10 and notifying analysis results to the Web server 50.
