Abstract:
To be able to prevent mismatching between content of abnormality and a person to deal with maintenance thereof when the abnormality is generated and to efficiently deal with the abnormality. It is determined whether a cause of abnormality of a cooling device (4) is breakdown of the cooling device (4) or a temporal cause based on in-storage-area temperature information of the cooling device (4) acquired from the cooling device (4) via a network (13) and related information acquired from a related information acquiring apparatus (9) via the network and, when determined as being the temporal cause, a screen display of work for solving the temporal cause is provided for a shop user terminal (10).
