Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a maintenance management indicator that can be used as an indicator related to the maintenance management of civil engineering structures on the basis of inspection results.SOLUTION: According to a maintenance management indicator calculation device 1 and a maintenance management indicator calculation method, a priority indicator θ is assumed to follow gamma distribution, information resulting from "inspection states" included in inspection result data is separated from information resulting from "soundness of civil engineering structures" by applying a model based on an item reaction theory to the inspection result data, and a maintenance management indicator including the priority indicator showing the maintenance management priority of the civil engineering structures can be calculated. Then, the maintenance management indicator that can suitably be used as an indicator related to the maintenance management of the civil engineering structures can be calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
