Abstract:
To enable the owner of a store to confirm the state of maintenance operation without going to the store.
An operation state management section 41 of a server 4 manages the state of maintenance operation by a worker. The owner of a launderette accesses the server 4 through a communication network 5 by using a mobile information terminal 8 (e.g. a mobile telephone set) or other communication devices (e.g. a personal computer 9) that the owner has to receive and confirm information regarding the state of the maintenance operation by the worker, managed by the operation state management section 41 of the server 4, (e.g. the start time and end time of the maintenance operation) through the mobile information terminal 8 or personal computer 9.
