Abstract:
To provide a maintenance service method and a system allowing a customer to pay a consideration to the maintenance service of an analyzing and inspecting apparatus with consent and securing an income source of the maintenance service company.
Performance information of the analyzing and inspecting apparatus is monitored via a network, the consideration is calculated according to the working contents of the maintenance service for the analyzing and inspecting apparatus under the condition that the performance of the analyzing and inspecting apparatus attains a preset target, and the payment of the consideration is received.
