Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the reliability for the output of a majority decision circuit not in fail-safe when majority decision is executed for the outputs of multiple controllers, in a plurality of majority decision circuits.
CONSTITUTION: A maintenance management device is equipped with an input/ output device 2 for inputting and outputting the maintenance work data, multiple interlocking controllers 1a, 1b, and 1c, fail-safe majority decision circuit 3 for accepting a majority decision in fail-safe for the outputs supplied from the controllers 1a, 1b, and 1c and outputs the result into a signal equipment controller 5, and an advance passage controller 4 for accepting a majority decision for the outputs of the controllers 1a, 1b and 1c and executes the advance passage control processing. The controllers 1a, 1b, and 1c exchange the control data each other and diagnose the information of the operation state of each controller 1a, 1b, 1c, and send the result of the diagnosis to the majority decision circuit 3, and a majority decision is performed, and when the majority decision circuit 3 detects the controller in the generation of anomaly from the result of the majority decision, the majority decision circuit 3 is prevented from selecting the output of the controller in the anomaly generation.
