Abstract:
PURPOSE: To process a priority signal level with priority and to attain precise decision by optionally changing the shortening rate of a sampling interval and weight to the number of times of sampling.
CONSTITUTION: The signal level of an input signal sampled by a sampling means 101 is detected by a level detecting means 102. When the detected input signal level is a prescribed priority level, the sampling period of the input signal by the sampling means 101 is changed and the number of times of sampling of the priority level is weighted by a counting means 102. At the time of decision, the most frequently sampled signal level is decided out of respective signal levels of which sampling frequency is counted by a counting means 103.
