Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject cosmetic which shows low irritation, can be safely used even when applied to sensitive skins and persons with damaged skins caused by atopic dermatitis and is particularly useful as foundation by formulation a specific amount of zinc titanate thereto.
SOLUTION: The objective cosmetic in forms of pressed powder, oil gel, moist powder or loose powder is obtained by formulating 10-50 wt.%, preferably 15-45 wt.%, more preferably 20-40 wt.%, of zinc titanate with particle sizes of preferably 0.1-10 mμ. The safety of the cosmetic is truly enhanced by using this cosmetic and a cosmetic set consisting of a hair-planting puff with the length of hair of 0.5-5 mm, preferably 0.4-4.5 mm, more preferably 0.5-4 mm.
