PURPOSE: To obtain a make-up cosmetic suppressing vaporization and reduction in an oil component with time without damaging a feeling in use and make-up durability, having improved stability with time, by blending a specific amount of a tetramer W pentamer of cyclic silicone with a specific amount of a fixative component to the oil component.
CONSTITUTION: (A) 10W80wt% cyclic silicone tetramer and/or cyclic silicone penamer is blended with one W two of (B) 0.1W10wt% silicic anhydride, (C) 0.1W15wt% organic bentonite, (D) 0.1W10wt% soybean phospholipid, (E) 0.1W10wt% propylene carbonate, (F) 1W20wt% sorbitan monostearate and (G) 1W20wt% sorbitan tristearate. Further the blend is mixed with (H) 1W40wt% carnauba wax, (I) 1W70wt% ceresine and/or (J) 1W70wt% bleached bees was, etc. to give the above-mentioned cosmetic which has a good feeling in use and make-up durability and can treat a simple container because of improved stability with time.
