CONSTITUTION: The subject is constituted so that a continuous form 31 to which predetermined information is applied by printing is pulled out by a pin tractor 51, margins 33 on its both fringes are cut off with a margin slitter 52, then its continuous form 31 is cut off by a burster device 53 by making use of a perforation of a lateral direction and discharged as a leaf form 31A, its leaf form 31A is sent into a paper folding device 65 by conveying the same in its withwise direction by a bridge conveyor 58 and after folding-up by its paper folding device, pressure bonded by a pressure bonding device 73 and the concealed post card is made.
