Title:
MAKING HEAT RESISTANT GLARE-PROOF COATING FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS56113385
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make a corrosion resistant glare-proof coating film on a metallic reflection surface without harming its decorative surface appearance, by applying and baking a paint containing a silicone resin as a film-generating agent onto the metallic reflection surface having a high optical reflectivity.

CONSTITUTION: A paint mixture containing a silicone resin, a dyestuff, a mediator, a solvent, a coupling reagent, etc. is prepared in a conventional manner. The mixture is applied, dried and baked onto a metallic reflection surface having a high reflectivity, e.g. a chromium plated steel sheet. A desired heat resistant glare-proof coating film is generated on the surface by said mixture.
